The publication debuted in July 2003 and is currently mailed to 10,323 serious quail hunters, hunting suppliers and retailers, outdoor manufacturers, state quail associations, quail plantations and state departments of Wildlife and Conservation and Natural Resources. More than 10,000 readers see Covey Rise each month. Our editorial staff is led by a professional journalist with more than 30 years of experience in reporting and editing.
